Administrative Fee & Consultation Policy

New Botox, Skin Rejuvenation, and Medical Weight Loss Management Patients:

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable administrative fee of $100 is required when scheduling online. This fee will be applied toward your medical treatment cost at the time of service.

New Fillers, Sculptra, EZGel PRF Patients:

For all new Fillers, Sculptra, EZGel PRF Patients, a VIRTUAL Preliminary Assessment Consultation is required before scheduling your in-office appointment. This consultation allows us to understand your aesthetic goals and create a personalized treatment plan. A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 is required, and this fee will be credited toward your in-office medical treatment.

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. There is a one-time courtesy rescheduling allowed; and it must be within the 48-hour window policy. Patients who provide less than the 48-hour notice will forfeit their administrative fee and will need to repay a new administrative fee to book another appointment. Any no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of treatment, and all administrative fees are forfeited. This policy protects our time and ensures that we can provide the highest level of care to all our patients.
