Administrative Fee, Consultation & Promotion Policy
New Botox and Skin Rejuvenation Patients
To reserve your appointment, a $125 non-refundable administrative fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your treatment cost during your visit.
✨ New patients receive 15% off their first Anti-Wrinkle treatment. ✨ Returning patients receive 10% off when rebooking within 6 months.
New Fillers, Sculptra, and EZGel PRF Patients
All new patients interested in Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, or EZGel PRF must complete a Virtual Preliminary Assessment Consultation before scheduling an in-office appointment. This consultation allows us to review your concerns, discuss your aesthetic goals, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. A $125 non-refundable administrative fee is required to schedule this consultation. The fee will be credited toward your in-office treatment if performed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave openings that could have been offered to another patient. We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
• One courtesy reschedule is allowed if requested within the 48-hour notice period.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the administrative fee, and a new fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment cost, and all administrative fees will be forfeited.
